2. Commercial Nature of Site & Product Specifications

This website is an international B2B wholesale and OEM/ODM presentation platform. All product dimensions, weights, capacities, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities), and material descriptions are provided for commercial planning and quotation reference.

Final production specifications, tolerances, lead times, and commercial pricing will be formalized in written Proforma Invoices (PI) or Sales Contracts agreed upon between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, this website, its source code, design layout, imagery, product catalogs, 3D renderings, and trademarks (including HCU and PACETGREEN) are proprietary intellectual property owned or licensed by HCU.

4. Custom Tooling, Samples & Molds

Custom molds developed under OEM agreements remain the proprietary asset of the commissioning client subject to the contract terms. Sample delivery timelines and tooling milestones are governed by project agreements.

In no event shall HCU, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your access to or inability to access this website.
